document describes how we ship or deliver your products and accept
payments for the orders.

Pickup
This
selection includes Drive-through pickup or Drop-off. You will be able
to select date and time at the checkout.
B.
NZ Post/Couriers/Sea and Air Freight
- The various methods of payment are occasionally modified. As of March 2025:
- If the item you have selected qualifies for budget service, shipping is a flat rate of $5
- If the item you have selected requires oversized shipping, there is a flat rate of 6% of the value of the item
- If the checkout out process has determined Angel New Zealand shipping, there is either a charge of $9 for max $79 item value or $29 above $79
- If the checkout out process has determined Angel World shipping, there's a flat rate of $185 due to the considerable export requirements now in place everywhere. From 7 Feb 2026
- if the item value is below $10,000 this applies, otherwise shipping is free
- as each destination has their own requirements we will create a credit discount coupon should the actual shipping be less than what you paid, an entirely transparent operation, we will provide receipts
- Shipping is not taxed
Tracking numbers are emailed to you once your item is flagged as "shipped".
Payment
- The
various methods of payment are occasionally modified. It is
recommended you continue shopping and then arrive at checkout. At
that stage the options will be clear – currently they are credit or debit card, "buy now-pay later", and bank transfers.
- Pay with Link lets you check out faster by securely saving your email and payment details with Stripe. If you’ve used Link before, you can complete your purchase in just one click without re-entering your information.
